1. Introduction
Sicily Food S.r.l., as part of its governance system, promotes a corporate culture based on ethics, integrity, and transparency.

2. Who can report
The following are entitled to report:
- employees, collaborators, and interns;
- former employees;
- job applicants;
- suppliers, consultants, and business partners;
- customers and external parties who enter into a relationship with the company.
3. What can be reported
The reporting system can be used to communicate:
- unlawful or fraudulent behavior;
- violations of the Code of Ethics or the 231/2001 Organizational Model (if adopted);
- unfair practices, environmental offenses, abuses of power, conflicts of interest;
- risks to health, safety, or the environment;
- violations of national or European regulations.
The following are not considered relevant reports: commercial complaints, personal requests, general internal grievances.
4. Submission methods
Reports can be made in the following forms:
- written, by filling out the form available below;
- oral, via telephone channel;
- direct meeting, at the request of the reporter.
It is possible to report anonymously. All communications are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
5. Protection of the reporter
Sicily Food guarantees protection against any form of retaliation, discrimination, or penalization, direct or indirect, against the reporter.
The content of the report is handled by authorized personnel bound by confidentiality obligations.
6. Privacy
All personal data will be processed in compliance with GDPR regulations (EU Reg. 2016/679) and stored for the time strictly necessary to manage the report.
