Introduction<\/strong><\/p><p>Sicily Food S.r.l., as part of its governance system, promotes a corporate culture based on ethics, integrity, and transparency.<br\/>In accordance with Legislative Decree 24\/2023, which implements EU Directive 2019\/1937 on whistleblowing, a secure internal channel for reporting violations is active. <\/p><p> <\/p><p><strong>2. Who can report<\/strong><\/p><p>The following are entitled to report:<\/p><ul><li>employees, collaborators, and interns;<\/li><li>former employees;<\/li><li>job applicants;<\/li><li>suppliers, consultants, and business partners;<\/li><li>customers and external parties who enter into a relationship with the company.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p><strong>3. What can be reported<\/strong><\/p><p>The reporting system can be used to communicate:<\/p><ul><li>unlawful or fraudulent behavior;<\/li><li>violations of the Code of Ethics or the 231\/2001 Organizational Model (if adopted);<\/li><li>unfair practices, environmental offenses, abuses of power, conflicts of interest;<\/li><li>risks to health, safety, or the environment;<\/li><li>violations of national or European regulations.<\/li><\/ul><p>The following are not considered relevant reports: commercial complaints, personal requests, general internal grievances.<\/p><p> <\/p><p><strong>4. Submission methods<\/strong><\/p><p>Reports can be made in the following forms:<\/p><ul><li>written, by filling out the form available below;<\/li><li>oral, via telephone channel;<\/li><li>direct meeting, at the request of the reporter.<\/li><\/ul><p>It is possible to report anonymously. All communications are treated with the utmost confidentiality. <\/p><p> <\/p><p><strong>5. Protection of the reporter<\/strong><\/p><p>Sicily Food guarantees protection against any form of retaliation, discrimination, or penalization, direct or indirect, against the reporter.<br\/>The content of the report is handled by authorized personnel bound by confidentiality obligations.<\/p><p> <\/p><p><strong>6. Privacy<\/strong><\/p><p>All personal data will be processed in compliance with GDPR regulations (EU Reg. 2016\/679) and stored for the time strictly necessary to manage the report.<\/p><p>In the case of ethical reports concerning Sicily Food, you have the option to send us\u2014even in completely anonymous form\u2014a message via this form.
